As previously announced, to ensure the inclusion of your 2025 recordings in our 2026 distribution they must be registered in our new rights holder portal myRecordedMusic.
Thank you to those that have already logged in to register their repertoire. While we know many of you have successfully registered your recordings, we know that others have experienced technical issues, particularly with the bulk upload function.
We apologise for these issues and appreciate your patience as we work through them with our tech partner PPL. To give everyone more time we have been able to extend this year's deadline for registration to 27 February.
Please note that if you need to do a bulk upload, you will need to contact memberportal@recordedmusic.co.nz to request a Register Repertoire – Rightsholder ID.
Thank you to those who attended our in-person and online workshops on how to register repertoire. For general support, you can now:

If you are a registered rights holder you should have received an email with personalised login details that will enable you to log into the portal. If you have not received this email, or are experiencing other issues, please contact memberportal@recordedmusic.co.nz
This is the first release of myRecordedMusic and some features are still under development, including artist-only accounts – which are due to launch in early-2026.
