Introducing myRecordedMusic & new Recorded Music Website
We are excited to announce the first release of our new rights holder portal, myRecordedMusic.
The new portal is part of our recent system upgrade and is supported by PPL, our equivalent collection body in the UK.
The portal is now available for registered rights holders to log in and register their repertoire. Registered rights holders will shortly receive an email with more information and later this week will receive their personalised login details. Rights holders can view more information about the portal here
Alongside the new portal we have unveiled a new Recorded Music website that integrates with the portal. The website incorporates a new brand look and feel, and was developed by creative and technology studio Daylight
The myRecordedMusic portal is the gateway to our new data and distribution system, which will enable:
- Rights holders having greater visibility and more control of their own data
- More efficient and accurate data collection and processing, that meets international standards
- Better reporting and simplified rights and payment processes
This is the first release of the portal and some features are still under development, including artist-only accounts which will be launched in early 2026. The portal will benefit from continuous updates and improvements and is a substantial step forward to improve the efficiency of what we do and the service we provide to rights holders and recording artists.
