Board of Directors
The Recorded Music NZ Board is made up of six Directors. Of these, currently three are “threshold directors”, being shareholders of Recorded Music NZ with greater than 6% of distributions over the last 3 years. There is also an Independent Director and Artist Representative Director who are elected by Independent Shareholders, and an independent Chairperson (who is elected by the Board).
Artists Committee
The Recorded Music NZ Artists Committee is comprised of up to six artist representatives, who are members of Recorded Music NZ. The purpose of the Artists Committee is to support and develop the relationship between Recorded Music NZ and recording artists.
